📋 Description

• Lead and provide professional and disciplinary management for an established team • Review team performance and take responsibility for team success and continuous improvement • Motivate, train, and manage employees on a daily basis • Lead the team on a daily basis to achieve established targets • Conduct coaching sessions and regular feedback discussions • Promote internal communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments • Implement internal and client-specific processes • Adapt quickly to changes • Monitor, analyze, and manage performance metrics, with a focus on daily execution

🎯 Requirements

• Confidently handle escalations, sensitive customer cases, and operational risks • Ability to make well-founded decisions immediately • Ability to monitor, analyze, and manage performance metrics (AHT, QA, productivity, adherence, SLAs) • Clear understanding of data confidentiality, process compliance, and the requirements of regulated industries • Flexibility to support onboarding, nesting, and training activities during ramp-up phases • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German when dealing with customers, colleagues, and employees (at least C1 level) • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate advisors • Up-to-date CV and cover letter required • Complete applications must be submitted via the internal careers portal by 5 October 2026
