📋 Description

• Lead negotiations of SaaS agreements, DPAs and other commercial contracts with customers across the Benelux • Draft, review and negotiate partnership, reseller, referral, technology and integration agreements • Support new commercial initiatives • Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success • Improve contract templates, playbooks and negotiation processes • Work daily with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Security and the wider Legal team • Own a broad portfolio of commercial negotiations across the Benelux • Advise on strategic partnership and integration agreements • Help scale the legal function through process improvements and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Dutch law qualification from a Dutch university (LL.B and LL.M) • Professional fluency in both Dutch and English • Experience negotiating SaaS and other commercial technology agreements under Dutch law, preferably gained in-house or at a leading law firm with a strong commercial practice • Experience drafting and negotiating partnership, reseller, integration or technology agreements • Understanding of commercial priorities and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives pragmatically • Ability to take ownership, work independently and solve problems without unnecessary complexity • Strong communication skills and ability to explain legal concepts clearly and practically • Legal right to work in the country where this role is based • Applications must be submitted in English
