Tellus is a Salamanca-based provider of Erasmus+ mobility programmes for partner schools. Tellus supports schools through the full mobility journey — from programme design and Erasmus+ funding guidance to local logistics, accommodation, transport coordination, healthcare guidance and on-the-ground student and staff support in Salamanca. Programmes include training-based learning (TBL), project-based learning (PBL), work-based learning (WBL) and teacher training (TT) across vocational areas (business administration, hospitality, engineering, IT, social care, etc. ). 📋 Description

• Delivering high-quality, interactive online classes for young learners • Teaching phonics, vocabulary and comprehension in line with early primary literacy goals • Adapting teaching approaches for learners who speak English as an additional language (EAL/ESL/ESOL/EFL) • Creating a positive, lively, and supportive learning environment • Attending occasional CPD sessions to stay up to date with best practices • Working closely with the wider teaching team to support student progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children aged 5–9 in an educational setting. • A Level 6 qualification (e.g. bachelor’s degree or equivalent) • A PGCE/QTS with a minimum 120 hour EFL Certificate. • A CELTA or Trinity Cert/TESOL UK based • A warm, energetic presence and excellent spoken English.
