• Delivering high-quality, interactive online classes for young learners • Teaching phonics, vocabulary and comprehension in line with early primary literacy goals • Adapting teaching approaches for learners who speak English as an additional language (EAL/ESL/ESOL/EFL) • Creating a positive, lively, and supportive learning environment • Attending occasional CPD sessions to stay up to date with best practices • Working closely with the wider teaching team to support student progress.
• Experience working with children aged 5–9 in an educational setting. • A Level 6 qualification (e.g. bachelor’s degree or equivalent) • A PGCE/QTS with a minimum 120 hour EFL Certificate. • A CELTA or Trinity Cert/TESOL UK based • A warm, energetic presence and excellent spoken English.
