📋 Description

• Independently lead design execution from initial concepts and wireframes through high-fidelity designs and developer handoff • Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and specifications • Create wireframes and responsive, intuitive user interfaces • Design and develop visually appealing webpages • Maintain cohesive UI design systems across digital platforms while following brand guidelines and design patterns • Create interactive prototypes and user flows • Create original graphic designs, including social posts, display ads, and emails • Report proactively to internal managers and manage schedules to meet deadlines • Contribute to client presentations and provide guidance and constructive feedback to fellow designers without formal team management responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience • Strong portfolio required for consideration • Experience with UI design tools, including Figma • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centric design • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles • Ability to work on graphic or editorial design projects • Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 • Ability to stay current with web development trends and technologies • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize tasks • Ability to discuss and explain design options
