📋 Description

‱ Full responsibility for the Surgical Solutions product portfolio across EMEA, including Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting (EVH), surgical stabilization devices and selected niche product lines. ‱ Sustaining and accelerating double-digit year-over-year growth while safeguarding profitability and market position. ‱ Acting as the commercial owner for pricing, selling price strategy, revenue development and margin performance. ‱ Defining and executing the EMEA marketing strategy for the portfolio in line with Cardiovascular business objectives. ‱ Translating strategy into clear, actionable go-to-market plans for local organizations, with a strong focus on execution excellence. ‱ Continuously monitoring market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics across EMEA. ‱ Identifying growth opportunities, new applications and potential portfolio expansions, including partnerships, distribution models or acquisitions. ‱ Supporting the development of new clinical applications, such as expansion of EVH into vascular or peripheral use cases. ‱ Working closely with Sales, Clinical Support, Marketing Communications and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistent execution. ‱ Engaging directly with customers and clinicians, including occasional presence in clinical or operating room environments. ‱ Potential responsibility for a small team setup, with limited people management depending on future organizational needs.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or product management within medical devices or a closely related healthcare environment. ‱ Experience with portfolio ownership, lifecycle management and commercial accountability is highly valued. ‱ Exposure to clinical environments, operating rooms or hospital settings is considered a strong advantage. ‱ Strong strategic and analytical mindset, combined with the ability to translate strategy into operational action. ‱ Solid financial acumen, including comfort with pricing, budgeting, revenue and profitability KPIs. ‱ Fluent in English; additional European or regional languages are an asset. ‱ Comfortable operating in a small, close-knit international team where collaboration and interpersonal fit matter. ‱ Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and immediate problem-solving. ‱ Flexible to travel between 30% and 40% of our time, mainly within Europe and the Middle-East.
