📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end invoice and expense processing, including coding and approval workflows • Oversee routine disbursements and weekly and monthly payment cycles • Reconcile corporate credit cards and track spending • Manage supplier records, resolve account discrepancies, and address vendor queries • Assist with period-end close, accruals, account reconciliations, and AP aging reviews • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the procure-to-pay lifecycle • Maintain internal financial controls and audit readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable • Expertise in invoice processing, vendor management, and payment cycles • Practical familiarity with modern ERPs, accounting platforms, and expense management tools • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets • Solid understanding of AP accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and internal financial controls • Ability to identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teams and external vendors in English • Proactive mindset and critical thinking capabilities • Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced, scaling environments • Growth mindset and willingness to seek feedback • Collaborative team-player approach
