📋 Description

• Design intuitive products from ambiguous problems • Own the design quality across TextYess products, including the design system, user flows, and micro-interactions • Use the product like a merchant, gather customer and CS feedback, identify redesign opportunities, and ship fixes weekly • Lead projects end-to-end in close partnership with engineers • Prototype with AI tools and push pull requests directly • Design interactions between AI agents and merchants, including human approval, editing, and intervention flows • Own the design system, tools, and team standards • Report to the Head of Product within a three-person product team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing software products • Portfolio demonstrating 2–3 shipped products, real user flows, edge cases, and interactions • Experience shipping design in a real codebase using AI coding tools such as Claude or Cursor and a PR workflow • Ability to design reusable patterns and contribute to a design system • Ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes • Fluent English • Italian is a plus • Engineering skills, AI or agent UX experience, or a used side project are bonus points • Based in Italy
