📋 Description

• Ensure the secure operation of IT and OT systems and protect them against cyberattacks • Monitor security-relevant events and assess vulnerabilities • Derive technical and organizational measures • Obtain and coordinate external service-provider expertise internally • Collaborate with IT, OT, QA, and Compliance • Translate regulatory requirements such as NIS2 and GxP into operational security processes • Support initiatives to strengthen security awareness • Serve as a point of contact for innovation, further development, and optimization of core security technologies, including network security, IAM, endpoint security, and PAM • Support the detection, prioritization, documentation, and escalation of cybersecurity incidents • Continuously develop security operations processes and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• You are domiciled and registered in Germany (primary residence) • You have successfully completed a degree, ideally in Computer Science, IT Security, or Business Informatics (or an equivalent qualification) • You have at least three years of professional experience in cybersecurity • You hold at least one relevant certification (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, ISO 27001, SOC, or Incident Response certification) • You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English
