📋 Description

• Coordinate annual/monthly objectives • Ensure organization of tools • Develop dashboards • Implement and manage the task management tool • Coordinate culture, engagement and internal communication initiatives • Structure HR policies • Monitor occupational health, vacations and employment documentation • Support financial projection

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills • Management of internal tools (Notion, Drive, Slack, Factorial) • Solid knowledge of People Ops • Basic Finance Ops knowledge (treasury, invoicing, reporting, budget control)
