📋 Description

• Review lesson material ahead of scheduled sessions • Deliver structured, engaging online classes aligned to the curriculum • Maintain a focused and professional virtual classroom environment • Support learners from a range of backgrounds and proficiency levels • Provide feedback that helps guide measurable improvement

🎯 Requirements

• A Matric Certificate is required • A bachelor’s degree is preferred • A 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate • Teaching experience is beneficial, particularly in an online setting • Strong spoken and written English with a neutral accent • Comfortable using Zoom and standard digital tools • Confident managing a virtual classroom environment • Technical requirements (essential) include: • Laptop/PC with Intel® Core™ i5 or higher and 8GB RAM • Stable fibre internet with 25 Mbps download/upload minimum (LAN cable connection only) • Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) that provides 4–5 hours of backup power • Separate mini-UPS to keep your fibre router powered during outages • Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace
