📋 Description

• Teach English online to motivated young learners and teenagers • Support students' English language development and confidence • Build relationships with regular students • Teach from a dedicated home workspace • Commit to a minimum of 10 teaching hours per week • Teach during hours between 06:00 and 20:00 Eastern Time, subject to Daylight Saving adjustments • Participate during peak demand periods from Monday to Thursday and on Saturdays • Complete the recruitment process before starting

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level or highly proficient English communication skills (C1/C2 level) • Fluent Spanish speaker • Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching English online or in a traditional classroom environment • Accredited TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA qualification (120 hours or more) • Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, English Literature, Education, or a related field (completed or currently in progress) • Familiarity with CEFR frameworks and ESL assessment practices • Strong digital literacy and excellent interpersonal communication skills • Clear criminal record • Computer with Intel® Core™ i5 processor (or equivalent) running at 2.40GHz or higher • Minimum 8GB RAM • Reliable fibre internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds • Wired LAN connection required • Noise-cancelling headset with microphone • HD webcam (720p or higher) • Quiet, professional, and well-lit teaching environment suitable for online instruction • Minimum commitment of 10 teaching hours per week • Availability Monday to Thursday from 16:00–20:00 ET for at least 6 hours weekly • Availability for at least 2 hours on Saturday between 06:00–20:00 ET • Power backup capable of supporting equipment for 4–5 hours is highly recommended
