📋 Description

• Build and scale Base360.ai, an AI operating system for short-term rental businesses • Design and develop scalable applications, services and APIs for reservations, availability, pricing, payments, guest experiences and property operations • Build event-driven workflows to automate cleaning schedules, check-in instructions and owner statements • Use LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, triage maintenance requests, support pricing decisions and help operators manage portfolios • Create APIs connecting internal services, booking channels, third-party providers and customer systems • Build and maintain integrations with Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google and other partners • Solve operational problems involving reservation and availability sync, dynamic pricing, smart locks, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, owner reporting, financial workflows, monitoring and alerts • Own projects end to end, from understanding operator problems through architecture, implementation, deployment and ongoing improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Algeria • Experience building and owning production software • Experience with Python, FastAPI, React or similar frameworks • Solid understanding of APIs, databases and cloud architecture • Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions • Strong problem-solving skills and a product mindset • Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency • Bias toward action, shipping and learning from real users • Bonus: experience with short-term rentals or hospitality tech, multi-tenant SaaS, booking channel integrations, AI agents, event-driven architectures, Supabase or AWS serverless
