📋 Description

• Make approximately 200+ calls per day to prospective patients • Conduct high-volume cold calling and follow-up calls with leads and prospects • Introduce prospects to the company's healthcare, wellness, and regenerative medicine programs • Build rapport and establish trust with potential patients over the phone • Identify prospect needs, goals, and level of interest • Qualify prospects and determine whether they are a good fit for available programs • Educate prospects about available services in a clear and professional manner • Generate qualified opportunities and schedule consultations or next steps when appropriate • Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet converted • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM • Meet daily activity, call volume, and performance targets • Work closely with the internal team to maximize lead conversion and patient engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales development, appointment setting, or inside sales • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Comfortable making 200+ calls per day • Previous experience in a high-volume calling environment is strongly preferred • Confident speaking with prospects and handling objections • Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain a positive, persistent attitude • Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone • Experience using CRM systems • Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environment • Healthcare, wellness, or medical sales experience is a plus
