📋 Description

• Proven experience in customer support, team management, or a similar role. • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Ability to analyze data and identify trends for process improvement. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
