📋 Description

• Set up AI assistants with connected tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram, email, Metricool, the website and CRM • Maintain separate chats or projects for social media, SEO, outreach and sales follow-ups • Build a source of truth containing brand voice, prices and approved facts • Plan and produce content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email and the blog • Support outreach and sales follow-ups, with drafts checked before sending • Update the website, including pages, titles and links • Check AI output for accuracy, tone and fabricated facts • Report on results using Search Console and analytics tools • Save effective prompts, templates and checklists to improve work over time

🎯 Requirements

• Real, hands-on daily experience getting work done with AI tools; examples requested • Marketing fundamentals: content, social media, SEO and email • Excellent written English, plus Spanish • Sharp eye for errors and judgment to know when to stop and ask a person • Comfort with WordPress, Canva, a CRM and Google Workspace • Care with data, logins and account access • Availability to work US business hours • Experience with Claude and connected tools (nice to have) • Experience with Metricool, Instantly or similar (nice to have) • Experience running marketing for a small business (nice to have)
