• Set medical appointments through inbound calls • Set medical appointments through outbound calls • Provide clients with clear guidance on medical coverage and claims • Join and contribute to a dynamic customer service team
🎯 Requirements
• Medical experience is preferred • BPO experience • Excellent verbal and written English skills • English level C1+
