📋 Description

• Prepare and negotiate contracts and finalize the contract process • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites according to local and accepted processes • Negotiate investigator grant budgets, contractual terms, and conditions within approved parameters • Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters, authority approvals, contractual processes, client expectations, budget guidance, templates, and procedures • Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks and escalate them appropriately • Provide recommendations and alternative resolutions for investigator contract negotiations • Coordinate with internal functional departments to align site startup activities with contractual activities and agreed timelines • Achieve target cycle times for site activations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 2–5 years of previous relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Understanding of contract law, including business, intellectual property, local tax, and stamp laws • Ability to apply basic principles of investigator grant negotiation • Effective verbal and written interpersonal skills in English and the language spoken at the local place of work • Ability to draft and negotiate contract provisions and budgetary issues within parameters • Strong attention to detail • Excellent analytical and decision-based thinking • Understanding of pharmaceutical product development and CRO involvement • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to organize competing priorities and review contractual risks and issues • Proficiency with automated systems and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and similar applications • Problem-solving and teamwork skills
