📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage the final quality of assigned translations • Run language assets, including translation memories, terminology, and style guides • Perform occasional linguistic tasks including initial translation, revision, and client feedback implementation • Perform quality checks on clinical translations such as ICFs, protocols, IBs, and patient diaries • Develop and maintain terminology and style guides for Spanish Latam • Ensure Spanish Latam translation memories are updated • Set and execute linguistic quality assurance processes for the assigned language globally as required • Use CAT technology to monitor the quality of outsourced language translations and external suppliers • Analyze language quality issues and work on quality improvement plans with the project management team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics or language studies with significant translation studies from a recognized higher education institution, OR bachelor's degree in another field and 2 years of translation experience (preferred in medical translation) • Native Spanish language; Argentinian variant preferred • CAT/TMS tool experience required • Proven terminology and translation memory experience required • Proven multitasking, time management, organization, and attention to detail skills • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office suite
