📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at project level • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Own overall cross-functional project delivery across time, cost, and quality • Manage project-level financial stewardship, contracts, budgets, out-of-scope activity, change management, and negotiations • Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations • Drive risk identification and issue resolution at project level • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements • Mentor team members • Develop or contribute to process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 8+ years of comparable experience • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload and resources in a changing environment • Effective oral, written communication, and presentation skills • In-depth therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Advanced knowledge of cross-functional project management principles: time, quality, and cost • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Strong customer service skills • Judgment, decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Strong negotiation skills and cross-cultural awareness • Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecast, and resource management • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
