📋 Description

• Provide support for data analytics and business reporting projects, including prototyping, testing, and design • Support global business functions with key reporting and analytics deliverables • Contribute to data acquisition, modeling, mapping, design, and analysis • Evaluate and design new data sources • Perform data cleansing and preparation • Develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL processes • Design and develop business rules • Design relational and dimensional data models • Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation • Support incidents, requests, and other activities throughout the ITSM lifecycle • Automate repetitive tasks • Participate in an on-call schedule for critical operational incidents and business requests • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP technology, especially SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BOBJ • SAP BI/BW and BW/4HANA development and production support experience • SAP Business Objects development and production support experience desirable • BODS ETL experience desirable • CDS views development in S/4HANA desirable • Strong knowledge of SAP BI data architecture, star schema, and OLAP reporting models • SAP ERP application, data, and processes experience desired • Degree with a major in computer science engineering or equivalent from an accredited university preferred • Master's degree in computer science engineering desired • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional global team • Willingness to learn and innovate new solutions • Passion for applications, analytics, and end-user productivity • Exceptional customer focus • Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
