📋 Description

• Provide world-class scientific expertise and technical support to customers • Serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers optimize their use of advanced technologies • Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support • Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training • Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical consultation • Work closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners • Help customers achieve scientific discoveries and build long-term relationships • Support business success through customer-focused technical expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Engineering degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry; or Associate Degree (Bac+2 equivalent) with 4+ years of relevant hands-on laboratory experience • Hands-on experience with qPCR technologies and applications • Experience in data analysis, experimental design, and method development • Analytical and troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant scientific software • Clear scientific and technical communication and presentation skills • Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and needs • Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills • Comfortable working independently and across teams • Commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs • Effective organization, prioritization, and time management • Adaptability and willingness to learn • Fluent French and professional proficiency in English, written and spoken • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel 50–75% • dPCR technologies and applications, additional relevant certifications, technical training/customer support/troubleshooting experience, and previous Field Application Scientist experience are pluses or not required
