⢠Oversee daily line management responsibilities for assigned clinical operations staff ⢠Provide coaching, development support, resourcing, alignment, training, and professional development for operational teams ⢠Collaborate with senior management and executive staff on strategic planning and business development ⢠Manage and conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees ⢠Maintain staff CVs, training records, position profiles, and experience profiles ⢠Support local resourcing and project lead/functional lead activities ⢠Escalate issues that may affect project deliverables ⢠Deliver training on WPDs, SOPs, local requirements, and clinical operations subjects ⢠Participate in process improvement and development initiatives ⢠Facilitate the risk-based monitoring approach ⢠Alert management to quality issues and request QA audits as appropriate ⢠Manage and review CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity systems for employee/project metrics, KPIs, and project status ⢠Evaluate staff work and monitoring skills through PAVs ⢠Manage staff hiring, development, goal setting, performance management, coaching, mentoring, counseling, and separations ⢠Review and approve time records, expense reports, leave requests, and overtime
⢠Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification ⢠Previous experience comparable to 0 to 5 years ⢠1+ year of leadership responsibility ⢠Knowledge of clinical operations and monitoring modalities/environments (e.g., FSO, FSP, Government) ⢠Knowledge of Working Practice Documents (WPDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ⢠Ability to deliver training and identify training gaps ⢠Understanding and facilitation of risk-based monitoring ⢠Ability to evaluate employee and project metrics, KPIs, and project status using CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity ⢠Ability to conduct PAVs remotely or on-site ⢠Knowledge of quality issues, QA audits, and audit responses ⢠Ability to manage staff, including interviewing, selection, performance management, coaching, mentoring, counseling, and separations ⢠Willingness and ability to frequently drive to site locations and travel domestically and internationally
