• Provide technical support and training for analytical and scientific solutions in IC (Ion Chromatography) and HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to deliver applications support and training • Serve as a scientific advisor to help customers optimize workflows and maximize the value of their investments • Provide pre- and post-sales technical expertise across IC and HPLC technology platforms • Conduct product demonstrations • Develop new applications • Troubleshoot complex technical issues • Build and maintain customer relationships • Work with sales, marketing, R&D, and product management teams to ensure customer success • Drive business growth through technical excellence
• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience with relevant analytical instrumentation and applications • Preferred field of study: Analytical Chemistry • Preferred experience with HPLC and IC • Demonstrated expertise in technical problem-solving and method development • Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences • Strong presentation and training capabilities for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment • Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple priorities • Willingness to travel up to 50-75% • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant scientific software • Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external customers • Fluent English required; additional languages beneficial • Valid driver's license and passport required for travel
