📋 Description

• Ensure activities comply with company good practices and client requirements • Participate in and support department project teams • Coordinate or serve as a liaison cross-functionally • Provide financial support to Project Managers • Analyze data and manage project team budgets • Maintain financial traceability for global clinical trial projects • Track indirect/pass-through costs associated with clinical trial projects • Provide project financial-status reports to managers • Prepare quotations and budgets for unplanned or out-of-scope work • Complete initial resource allocations in the ERP system • Handle centralized processing of purchase requisitions

🎯 Requirements

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to at least 2 years • Equivalency may consist of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience • Intermediate English and good communication skills, written and verbal • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills • Planning and analytical skills • Ability to work on issues of a diverse and confidential nature • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail • Ability to adapt to changes and handle high-pressure situations • Ability to work in a team environment and independently with moderate direct supervision • Knowledge of proper communication channels
