• Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements • Participate in and support department project teams • Coordinate or serve as a liason cross-functionally • Provide financial support to Project managers • Analyze data and manage budgets for the project teams • Maintain a traceability of finances associated with clinical trial projects performed by the department globally • Track indirect/pass through costs associated to clinical trial projects • Provide reports per project to manager summarizing financial status of each project • Prepare quotations/budgets for any unplanned/out of scope work • Complete initial resource allocations in the ERP system • Handle Centralized Processing of Purchase requisitions (PRs)
• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years) • Intermediate English and good communication skills both written and verbal • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills • Good analytical skills and ability to work on issues of a diverse and confidential nature • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
