📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Own overall cross-functional project delivery for time, cost, and quality • Provide project-level financial stewardship, including contract understanding, resource alignment, out-of-scope activity management, Con Mod negotiations, and timeline execution • Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations • Drive project-level risk identification and issue resolution through RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure project team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements • Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables • Partner with and serve as an extension of PPD's Functional Service Provider division, supporting customers' key functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 6+ years in clinical operations management, managing clinical trials per quality, timeline, and budget expectations • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize own and project team members' workloads in a frequently changing environment • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proactive, solutions oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities and situations • Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Strong understanding of project management principles involving time, quality, and cost, including financial acumen • Sound interpersonal and customer service skills, including ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Good judgment, decision-making, critical thinking, analytical, and strategic thinking skills • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others, including cross-cultural awareness • Ability to comply with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements • Willingness/ability to work in office, laboratory, and/or clinical environments • Ability to use required personal protective equipment • Ability to work with potential exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, and electrical office equipment
