📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level • Establish and communicate customer expectations to the project team • Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables • Own overall project delivery for time, cost, and quality • Ensure escalation pathways are followed internally and externally • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Manage financial stewardship, contract understanding, resource alignment, out-of-scope activity, and Con Mod negotiations • Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level using RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure project team compliance with policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements • Mentor team members • Develop or contribute to process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, supported by relevant academic or vocational qualifications • 8+ years of previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload and resources in a changing environment • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable • In-depth therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Advanced knowledge of cross-functional project management principles covering time, quality, and cost • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Strong customer service skills • Good judgment, decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical strategic thinking skills • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, including cross-cultural awareness • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resources • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
