📋 Description
• Join a daily 11:00 UK call to agree priorities • Manage and file the principal solicitor’s inbox • Use AI tools and Lexis to write a weekly case summary for the website • Fact-check every date, citation and case name before submission • Turn published case pages into a monthly newsletter in Brevo • Manage newsletter contacts and automations in Brevo • Publish correctly formatted content in WordPress using Canva Pro images and SEO fields • Maintain the WordPress site, including updates, backups, broken links and security • Run monthly SEO checks and send short reports with recommendations • Log in to Clio weekly for inbox management • Monitor LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and suggest video ideas
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years’ experience as a VA or PA, ideally with a law firm or professional services firm • Excellent written English (UK) and ability to critically edit AI-generated content and fact-check it • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Canva • Basic SEO knowledge • Experience with Brevo or Mailchimp (a strong advantage) • Familiarity with Clio or Lexis (a bonus) • Track record of handling confidential information • Willingness to sign an NDA • Calm, organised and proactive approach; asks questions rather than assumes • Secure private laptop, reliable internet and power backup • Bonus points for a paralegal, legal secretary or law degree background
