📋 Description

• Coordinate multilingual content requests from intake through delivery, tracking requirements, timelines, and quality expectations • Work with internal teams and external language partners to clarify scope, resolve questions, and support timely localization deliverables • Maintain consistent localization practices, documentation, and handoff standards • Assist with vendor intake, quotes, scope confirmation, cost tracking, and timeline tracking • Monitor multi-language delivery timelines and translation project status • Facilitate the end-to-end submitter-to-vendor process and standard intake, review, and deployment workflows • Prepare, organize, and format bulk translation keys and string files for platform email assets and CRM communications • Verify translated text formatting, placeholders, and variables before CRM/marketing automation integration • Maintain and update glossaries, terminology databases, and lexicons • Perform linguistic and technical QA for accuracy, formatting, terminology consistency, regional appropriateness, and brand tone

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in translation coordination, localization project management, or a related field • Practical experience with translation management tools, terminology resources, quality assurance practices, and localization project workflows • High proficiency in English • Fluency or native-level knowledge in French or another major language is an asset (written and verbal) • Meticulous organizational skills with a strong focus on data formatting, string management, and linguistic consistency • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between internal stakeholders and external translation vendors
