📋 Description

• Advise, guide, and configure AI-powered legal solutions using CoCounsel Legal • Collaborate with legal operations teams to identify pain points for AI integration • Produce accurate project costing and Statements of Work (SoWs) • Deliver tailored onboarding and training sessions focused on AI use cases • Act as a CoCounsel subject matter expert within the UK/Europe Professional Services delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of enterprise software implementation experience, preferably in legal tech or AI solutions • Experience with AI-powered tools such as CoCounsel, Westlaw, Practical Law, or similar platforms • Excellent communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality consulting services • Familiarity with SaaS troubleshooting, browser settings, and web application performance • Strong understanding of corporate legal department operations
