📋 Description

• Audit work across multiple departments to confirm SEO account work is accurate and complete • Take detailed notes and provide clear, actionable feedback • Flag recurring errors and quality trends so root causes are addressed • Support special projects, including extra audits and reporting • Monitor the email support mailbox • Meet turnaround times while maintaining work quality • Work with United States-based teams through overlapping hours

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English • Strong grammar, spelling and proofreading skills • Genuine attention to detail • Organisation skills to juggle several things at once • Confidence to give feedback constructively • Interpersonal skills to make feedback land well • Time management when priorities shift and deadlines compete • Up to 2 years of related experience; 2+ years preferred • Right to work in New Zealand without restriction • Ability to complete pre-employment screening, including a Ministry of Justice criminal record check • Home setup suitable for working independently and managing yourself well • Ability to work Monday to Friday with an 8:00am NZT start
