📋 Description

• Analyse transactions across varied payment types and products for signs of fraud • Identify efficiencies in transaction-analysis tools and processes • Use multiple tools for reviews and investigations, including open-source investigation • Manage an individual caseload to meet performance targets • Meet productivity and quality targets • Prepare clear and concise Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) narratives to regulatory and internal standards • Maintain records of evidence, decision-making rationale, and case progression • Recommend process improvements to prevent future fraud • Build relationships with departments across Tide for operational synergy • Treat Tide members fairly and ensure their needs are met • Conduct phone calls when required to gather information from members

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to work in a flexible shift pattern in a 24/7 operational environment • 1 to 3 years of experience in transaction monitoring or a fraud risk-related role in financial services • Good eye for detail and ability to identify suspicious activity • Ability to work well as part of a team; decisive, goal-oriented, and proactive • Curious mindset and problem-solving attitude • C1/C2 level spoken and written English • Keen eye for process improvements • Analytical ability to digest large data sets and identify patterns and trends • Quick learner, explorer, multitasker, and willingness to work assigned shifts • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including communication with members by telephone, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies when required
