📋 Description

• Design, create, and run the rich product catalogue within a Business area across multiple teams • Define vision and strategies for building products in Business areas • Solve technical and product problems across an extensive roadmap • Take ownership of engineering practices and make technical decisions affecting multiple teams • Act as a technical lead advocating software delivery best practices • Contribute to team wellbeing and mentor less-experienced developers • Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions • Participate in the Flutter Community of Practice and improve processes and quality • Learn and share knowledge through experimentation, T-shaped engineering, and collaborative learning

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Software Engineer working with Flutter, native mobile (iOS or Android), or React Native • Experience with popular Flutter libraries, tools and its lifecycle • Passion for building products in small, autonomous, agile teams • Passion for automation tests and experience writing testable code • Experience building sleek, high-performance user interfaces and complex mobile apps successfully shipped to customers • Experience technically leading Mobile engineers within cross-platform teams • Ability to develop and mentor less-experienced developers • Experience leveraging automation and tooling focused on Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment • Experience with Flutter and Dart • Experience with modular Dart codebases, flutter_bloc, get_it, injectable, auto_route, flow_builder, freezed, json_serializable, retrofit, dio, mason, build_runner, i69n, bdd_widget_test, Firebase, DataDog, LaunchDarkly, Segment, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
