📋 Description

• Design, create and run the product catalogue in a Tide Business area across multiple teams • Define vision and strategies for building products in Business Areas • Solve problems and deliver new product features • Act as a supportive technical lead and advocate best practices • Make technical decisions affecting multiple teams and shape Tide’s Global One Platform • Work in multidisciplinary agile teams with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, engineers and business members • Translate requirements into well-engineered solutions • Participate in the Flutter Community of Practice and improve processes and quality • Share knowledge, encourage experimentation and collaborative learning • Develop and mentor less-experienced developers • Contribute to resilient, error-free and scalable codebases

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Software Engineer working with Flutter, native mobile (iOS or Android), or React Native • Experience with popular Flutter libraries, tools and its lifecycle • Passion for building products in small, autonomous, agile teams • Passion for automation tests and experience writing testable code • Experience building sleek, high-performance user interfaces and complex mobile apps successfully shipped to customers • Experience technically leading Mobile engineers within cross-platform teams • Ability to develop and mentor less-experienced developers • Experience leveraging automation and tooling focused on Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment • Experience with Flutter and Dart • Experience with modular application development • Experience with Melos, flutter_bloc, get_it, injectable, auto_route, flow_builder, freezed, json_serializable, retrofit, dio, mason, build_runner, i69n, bdd_widget_test, Firebase Suite, DataDog, LaunchDarkly, Segment, GitHub and GitHub Actions
