📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and data & AI solutions tailored to business needs • Develop governance structures and access control concepts • Implement and optimize robust data pipelines using modern frameworks such as Databricks • Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments • Act as a trusted technical advisor and sparring partner for our customers • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful data-driven solutions • Monitor, optimize and ensure the performance, scalability and reliability of data workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions, platforms, and data integration interfaces • Strong expertise in data modeling (e.g. dimensional modeling, normalization/denormalization) • Proven experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure is preferred but experience with AWS or GCP is equally welcome) • Experience with tools like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and architectural patterns such as Medallion • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • A consulting mindset with a customer-centric approach • Fluency in German (C1 level) and English • Valid certifications in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric (and MS Azure) are considered as a strong advantage
