📋 Description

• Analyze and resolve incidents at Second- and Third-Level Support • Plan, implement, and operate Backbone and Metro network segments (Edge, Core, Access) • Execute and take ownership of complex change and migration projects • Actively contribute to the standardization of technical procedures and the development of operational processes • Provide technical briefings and training for colleagues • Participate in on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT/networking or an equivalent qualification • Solid knowledge of Switching, Routing, and MPLS • Ideally, experience with Juniper and Nokia network technologies • Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working • High self-initiative and a solution-oriented mindset • Strong sense of responsibility
