📋 Description

• Lead and grow the business • Drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline, exceeding targets, and leading a high-performing sales team with disciplined execution and strong customer outcomes • Define and execute the France market strategy • Increase productivity and profitability by evolving team structure • Act as the bridge between the French market and global teams

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in complex solution sales and business development • Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams • Strong commercial mindset with experience in long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments • Experience from regulated, funding-driven markets (e.g. healthcare, education) is a strong advantage • Ability to navigate complex ecosystems involving clinicians, institutions, and public stakeholders • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrix organization • Fluent French and strong business English (written and spoken)
