📋 Description

• Install and commission sensor-based sorting equipment at customer sites • Perform inspections and preventive maintenance • Diagnose and resolve technical faults • Train operators and maintenance teams • Provide technical support and resolve customer technical issues • Build customer relationships and represent TOMRA as a trusted technical partner • Work from home between service visits • Complete service reports • Plan upcoming customer visits • Provide remote technical support • Support customers primarily in Southern and Central Poland, with additional coverage in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia

🎯 Requirements

• Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electronics or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment • Previous experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning or machinery installation is advantageous • SEP E and D electrical qualifications are advantageous • Fluent Polish and good English • Good IT skills, including basic computer networks and PC configuration knowledge • Customer-focused approach and ability to build strong relationships • Category B driving licence • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across Southern and Central Poland, other parts of Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Baltic countries • Ability to work in a customer-site environment
