• Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives. • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations. • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs. • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes. • Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required. • Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operations and maintenance of our systems. • Maintain accurate and detailed field reports to guide administrative follow-up procedures. • Domestic travel up to 80% of the time
• Technical training to BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. • Fluent in French and able to understand spoken and written English (min. B2) is mandatory for this role. • Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers. • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international travel or flexible working hours. • Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration. • A valid driver's license. • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
