📋 Description

• Install, commission, operate, test, integrate, optimize, maintain, and repair TOMRA sensor-based sorting systems • Perform predominantly field service work for recycling customers in Germany and Europe • Provide detailed field reports after every installation or technical intervention • Report activities, costs, and other information in a timely manner • Train customer maintenance and service personnel and TSS Service Engineers on site • Provide on-call technical phone support and field response to equipment and customer issues • Support Sales and Project Management • Ensure maximum performance of TOMRA Sorting systems and customer satisfaction • Manage field service work effectively in terms of costs and timing • Travel to customer sites and other geographical regions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline; alternatively, a technical qualification with relevant field service experience • 3-5 years of experience in a similar field service, maintenance, technical support, or industrial service role • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to customers and colleagues • Customer-oriented mindset • Ability to work effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Hands-on approach • Willingness to travel • Passion for technology and engineering • Fluent in Polish and good English, written and spoken • Valid driver's license (Category B)
