📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites • Support the installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines as TOMRA expands across the UK • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues • Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs • Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts • Provide professional and friendly customer service • Travel throughout the region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays when required • Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and developing technical knowledge • Maintain high safety standards • Work with experienced colleagues to build technical expertise • Support TOMRA’s mission to transform recycling and deliver the Deposit Return Scheme infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• A curious and solution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail • A customer-focused approach, with clear and confident communication skills • A foundation in electro-mechanical systems, with an interest in learning how to analyse, test, and repair complex equipment • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider, supportive team • Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based role • Full UK driving licence • Flexibility for occasional approved overtime and weekend working • Ability to follow TOMRA Safe and LOTO safety standards • Ability to work a rota-based shift pattern including weekend coverage from October 2027
