• Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes • Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required • Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our systems • Maintain accurate and detailed field reports to guide administrative follow-up procedures • Domestic travel up to 80% of the time
• Technical training to BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field • Fluent in French and able to understand spoken and written English (minimum B2) is mandatory for this role • Additional languages are a plus • Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance supporting industrial customers • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international travel and flexible working hours • Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration • Valid driver's license • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
