📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive legal support to Elva on a part-time basis • Register and protect trademarks and naming • Manage transfer of rights from contractors and employees, including work-for-hire and assignments • Advise on copyrights to code, design, and content • Control non-infringement of third-party rights • Draft and maintain privacy policies and support personal-data compliance, user consents, and underage-audience requirements • Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play policies, subscriptions, in-app purchases, payment providers, and age ratings • Prepare and maintain Terms of Service, EULA, refund policies, Community Guidelines, and cookie policies • Support employee hiring and termination, contractor agreements, stock options/ESOP, NDAs, and non-compete agreements • Review and support commercial, partnership, B2B, API integration, and service-provider agreements • Advise on SDK, library, open-source, media, font, and music licensing • Advise on AI feature liability, model-training data, the EU AI Act, and AI-use disclosures • Support funding rounds, SAFE and term sheets, due diligence, and investor work • Assess legal risks of new features and products and advise on liability insurance

🎯 Requirements

• Higher legal education in international law • Senior-level experience in corporate law • Autonomy in decision-making • Experience working with mobile products • Strong expertise in IP, employment, and contract law • Knowledge of personal data protection legislation, including GDPR and analogues • Ability to explain complex matters in simple language • Fluent written and spoken English • Ability to work with English-language legal documentation and communication
