📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients • Report status and collaborate with clients on requirements, incidents, and other situations • Provide functional and technical consultation during new system integrations • Oversee integration projects and ensure best practices and agreed timelines are followed • Manage integration documentation and resources for clients and internal staff • Code, debug, and test service integrations with internal teams, partners, and clients • Work on projects involving high-availability systems, high load, concurrency, distributed computing, API design, and mobile technologies • Contribute to products and solutions across different stages of the development cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English and Portuguese • Willingness and ability to learn quickly through formal training and independent research • Proactive, independent thinker with a high-energy, positive attitude • Creative, collaborative thinker able to assess problems and identify proactive solutions quickly • Ability to work with at least one programming language • Basic database knowledge, including SQL and/or NoSQL • Knowledge of SAML and OAuth single sign-on/federated-identity standards • Knowledge of REST API and SOAP service technologies • Experience with third-party service integrations • Project management skills for managing implementation timelines and milestones for multiple clients • Familiarity with Node.js, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, React.js, and other cutting-edge technologies
