📋 Description

• Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of mid- and long-term projects with specified deliverables • Act as a liaison between Toolbox and B2B customers • Ensure project deliverables achieve agreed-upon milestones • Create concise decks and presentations • Absorb, condense, and communicate project risks and status • Work with C-level internal and external stakeholders from a neutral position • Set meeting agendas and prevent topic drifting • Expose problems and issues with alternative solutions while understanding root causes • Protect team time for deep focused work • Identify and analyze technical requirements or issues to avoid overloading development teams • Connect Toolbox teams, technology, and customers • Ensure alignment across Engineering, Product, Operations, and B2B customers • Clarify priorities, anticipate risks, and turn technical and business challenges into actionable plans

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a program or project manager in technology initiatives • Experience coordinating cross-company teams and functional areas including Engineering, Product, and Operations • Strong communication skills; a direct, short, unambiguous, and cordial style is preferred • Advanced English and Portuguese, written and verbal • Expertise in iterative and incremental agile project planning, including deadlines and dependencies • High-level understanding of SDLC, development, infrastructure, QA, and Security • Ability to identify and analyze technical requirements or issues • Ability to confront and resolve technical challenges, configure requirements, and analyze technical issues • Demonstrated experience in several business domains; experience around Media/Entertainment and/or Software Development is preferred • Ability to coordinate with C-level internal and external stakeholders • Ability to separate architecture, business, and project decisions
