📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to our institutional clients within your target region. • Drive product adoption, managing complex B2B sales lifecycles, fostering market relationships. • Proactively develop outbound client pipelines while efficiently managing inbound client partnership requests. • Approach partnerships with a consultative mindset, crafting tailored proposals for financial institutions. • Lead clients through technical onboarding and ensure client-friendly communication. • Actively collect customer insights and share key findings with internal teams to drive product optimization. • Own a rigorous ‘test and learn’ methodology to optimize acquisition and engagement strategies. • Continuously build brand recognition and trust with customers and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in Turkish is required, alongside excellent professional English. • Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development, specifically dealing with financial institutions, fintech, or SaaS. • A self-starter with a partnership-first mindset and a relentless 'can-do' attitude. • Strong ability to identify business opportunities, articulate value propositions, and navigate negotiations. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. • Competent in Microsoft Office, Slack, and various collaboration tools. • Experience in finance or trading domain is a plus.
