📋 Description

• Lead multiple technology projects and programs from planning through launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes • Translate business priorities and OKRs into actionable project roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans • Coordinate Scrum ceremonies, optimize sprint execution, and improve team productivity across IT squads • Manage project dependencies, resource allocation, priorities, risks, and delivery commitments across teams • Coordinate ERP and integration initiatives, supporting development workflows and IT business processes • Champion Trafilea's Operational Framework and continuously improve project management processes and team efficiency • Align IT leaders, Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to drive accountability and decisions • Support quarterly planning, backlog management, squad structures, and prioritization methodologies • Monitor KPIs, project dashboards, and execution progress, driving data-informed improvements through Asana

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience leading complex technology projects and programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies • Solid knowledge of Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery practices • Experience working with software development teams, ERP systems, integrations, and IT workflows • Hands-on experience with Asana or similar platforms • Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and Lucidchart • Ability to connect business objectives with technology execution, project priorities, and measurable results • Strong problem-solving capabilities, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making • Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to workflows and operational performance • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment • Proactive, organized, adaptable, and results-oriented • Strong communication and prioritization skills
