📋 Description

• Build detailed financial models from scratch, including LBOs, DCFs, operating models, and transaction-driven analyses • Evaluate, refine, and validate AI-generated financial reasoning, ensuring accuracy, logical rigor, and professional-grade outputs • Review deal-related scenarios, prompts, and work products, improving clarity, depth, and analytical quality • Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to enhance AI model performance and real-world financial realism • Deliver structured, transparent, and audit-ready financial analysis, aligned with standards used at top-tier banking and PE firms.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of direct, on-desk experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a top-tier firm • Strong track record in transaction execution, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis • Proven ability to construct models independently and articulate assumptions clearly • Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and ability to review technical financial content • Ability to commit minimum 20 hours/week, working fully remotely and asynchronously.
