📋 Description

• Design and create graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for presentations, videos, motion graphics, branding, social media, and other communication formats • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts and design approaches in collaboration with internal teams • Work closely with animators, illustrators, content managers, and scriptwriters to bring ideas to life • Assist with video editing, post-production, and multimedia projects as needed • Ensure all design outputs adhere to branding guidelines and quality standards • Maintain best practices for versioning control, naming conventions, and file organization • Develop videos end-to-end, including illustration, design, and animation, preferred but not essential

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and Microsoft PowerPoint • Strong skills in graphic design, illustration, and visual storytelling • Passion for digital media, design innovation, and motion graphics • Ability to work under strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality output • Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative team player • Strong artistic background with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work • Proactive in exploring and adopting AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency • Knowledge of 3D design software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) preferred but not essential • Ability to commit to 4 hours per working day • Ability to start immediately
