📋 Description

• Review and evaluate text-based customer service interactions according to detailed project guidelines • Assess AI-generated classifications and determine whether they accurately reflect the content and intent of each conversation • Carefully read customer support conversations and interpret their context • Make objective judgments based on predefined evaluation criteria • Consistently apply annotation guidelines and maintain a high level of accuracy throughout the project

🎯 Requirements

• Native Mandarin (Singapore) speaker • Excellent written comprehension in Mandarin (Singapore) • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in meaning • Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently • Good analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer • Previous experience with data annotation, content moderation, AI evaluation, linguistic annotation, or similar analytical tasks is a plus
