• Utilizing bilingual skills in a professional setting • Delivering superior consecutive interpretations • Helping patients communicate with doctors • Assisting families in securing loans • Demonstrating excellent customer service practices • Communicating all information clearly and accurately • Adhering to work requirements • Participating in four weeks of remote/online training

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English Proficiency • Dominican ID • High School Diploma • 1+ year Contact Center Experience • Reliable Internet Connection - 25 Mbps minimum speed • Reliable Internet Provider • Electricity contract (Must share last invoice) • Power Inverter or uninterrupted power source • Address within city limits (Gran Santo Domingo) • A quiet workspace/home office with no distractions
